OSHA's Emergency Temporary Standard And What It Could Mean For Companies

You may have heard recently that the Federal Appeals Court has enacted a stay on the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) emergency temporary standard (ETS). The ETS deadline was originally published in November 2021, the stay went into effect a few days later and continues to prevent implementation or enforcement. While this means the standard is not currently enacted, many business and HR leaders are wondering what they can do in the meantime, just in case they need to be in compliance in the future.
